The Solar System comprises the Sun, which is the center, and all objects that are held around the Sun by its gravity, including eight planets, five dwarf planets, no less than 165 satellites, and hundreds of millions of small Solar System bodies such as asteroids, comets, Kuiper belt bodies, and interstellar dust.
